Processing & Shipping Info
Thank you so much for shopping with Generations Collective Boutique! We’re a small, family-run business made up of three generations of women, and we’re so grateful for your support. Here’s what you need to know about how we handle orders:
Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
• During sales, holidays, or high-volume times, please allow the full 5 business days for processing.
• Custom and made-to-order items may take a little longer to prepare.
Shipping Info
• Shipping time begins once your order has been processed.
• We ship using various carriers depending on your location and order type.
• A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
Local Pickup
• Local pickup is only available for custom orders such as personalized tumblers, shirts, keychains, and other made-to-order items.
• If your order qualifies, you’ll see the local pickup option at checkout and will be notified when it’s ready.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first.
