Processing & Shipping Info


Thank you so much for shopping with Generations Collective Boutique! We’re a small, family-run business made up of three generations of women, and we’re so grateful for your support. Here’s what you need to know about how we handle orders:




Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During sales, holidays, or high-volume times, please allow the full 5 business days for processing.

Custom and made-to-order items may take a little longer to prepare.




Shipping Info

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed.

We ship using various carriers depending on your location and order type.

A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.




Local Pickup

Local pickup is only available for custom orders such as personalized tumblers, shirts, keychains, and other made-to-order items.

If your order qualifies, you’ll see the local pickup option at checkout and will be notified when it’s ready.




Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first.
